It is with great joy that I share with you the exciting news that my work entitled "Human" has been selected to be exhibited at the prestigious Salon des Artistes Français, to be held at the
Grand Palais Éphémère in Paris.
"Human" is much more than a simple portrait. It's an exploration of the raw beauty and emotional depth that lies in the gaze of an often misunderstood creature: the gorilla. Created with graphite and carbon pencils, this drawing seeks to capture the very essence of humanity through the delicate, expressive features of this young gorilla.
In choosing to depict this majestic animal, I wish to evoke the intrinsic connection between man and nature. The gorilla, an emblem of strength and wisdom, reminds us of our responsibility to
preserve our environment and all its creatures.
For me, this selection for the Salon des Artistes Français is an inspiring recognition and an immeasurable honor. It's an opportunity to share my artistic vision with a passionate audience and to contribute, in my own way, to the conversation about our relationship with the natural world around us.
I look forward to inviting you to discover "Human" at this exceptional event, in an exceptional location. It will be a moment of sharing, wonder and reflection on the beauty and fragility of our planet.
I look forward to seeing you at the Grand Palais Éphémère to celebrate art, nature and humanity together, from Februray 13th to 18th.
I'll be present at the opening on February 13th, and look forward to chatting with you.
