Terms and conditions
Article 1: Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of the works and products presented on the website https://www.maglm.com by Magali Lapeyre-Mirande, a sole proprietor and artist-author.
Article 2: Prices
Prices are listed in Euros (€). Pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), VAT is not applicable. Shipping costs are calculated upon confirmation of the shopping cart.
Article 3: Order and Payment
The sale is finalized upon confirmation of payment by the buyer. Payment is made by credit card or PayPal via the website’s secure interface.
Article 4: Delivery
The works are shipped to the address provided at the time of ordering. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. Magali Lapeyre-Mirande cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. You can find more information on the dedicated page.
Article 5: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to change your mind.
Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to works made to order or significantly personalized (special orders). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The work must be returned in its original condition.
To make this process easier, a cancellation button is available at the bottom of every page on the website or via our online form.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
The purchase of a work does not transfer copyright to the buyer. Magali Lapeyre-Mirande retains ownership of the rights of reproduction and public performance. Any reproduction is prohibited without written consent.
Article 7: Mediation
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code regarding “the consumer dispute mediation process,” after contacting us and failing to receive a satisfactory response, you may initiate a free consumer mediation procedure with:

Article 8: Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Bordeaux shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
