🎨 The Artist's Promise
Every piece—whether it’s an original painting or a numbered print—is a part of my world that I’m entrusting to you. That’s why I place the utmost importance on ensuring it travels under the best possible conditions, from my studio to your home.
📦 Order Processing
Unlike mass-produced items, my works require special preparation:
- Art prints: Shipped within 3 to 10 business days.
- Original works: Shipped within 5 to 7 business days (this timeframe allows for the completion of reinforced packaging and the issuance of the certificate of authenticity).
- Custom framing: Additional time may be required for framing and to ensure safe shipping. You will be notified immediately if this is the case.
🚚 Pricing and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you check out, based on the weight, dimensions of the artwork, and your address.

(*) Special sizes: For any framed artwork larger than 50 x 70 cm, shipping costs outside France are calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on the destination and volumetric weight. Click here to request a quote.
Note: A tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as the package leaves the studio.
🛡️ High-protection packaging
Because art is fragile, I use professional-grade materials:
- For prints: Heavy-duty square cardboard tubes with protective lining.
- For unframed drawings: Flat between two laminated sheets and in double- or triple-wall corrugated cardboard if the size is less than 40×60 cm; thick, rigid cardboard tubes with protective lining, wrapped in tissue paper for larger sizes.
- For framed drawings: Multi-layer bubble wrap and custom-sized double- or triple-wall corrugated cardboard.
🌍 Taxes and Customs
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import duties may apply. These charges are beyond my control and are the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend that you check with your local authorities before placing an order.
🔄 Returns and Cancellations
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to change your mind.
- Procedure: Please contact me by email before returning any items.
- Conditions: The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Refund: Once the artwork has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
Note: Custom-made artworks (personalized orders) are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
